At Hugh Symons we offer a full suite of pre and post-sales support services to compliment your choice of equipment.
Our installation service, no matter how big or small, will always start with a free, full and comprehensive site survey. Once completed this is reported to the sales team who can then provide you with an exact quote of your equipment and installation, this way there are no nasty surprises when we come to install your equipment. We will always aim to be as clear as possible in order to deliver the best service and quality products.
Our engineers are all DBS checked and certified in CSCS health and safety and in most cases trained by the manufacturers themselves, therefore providing a professional installation everytime. We will explain everything each step of the way, from the minute we turn up to ensure there has been no changes as to where the equipment is being installed, through to daily progress checks and finally a commissioning and sign off.
We haven’t come across yet a solution where we have been unable to complete an installation, but would welcome the challenge if you think differently. With so much experience in the sector we are confident in our ability to meet any needs. We install into single room, reception areas, lecture theatres, hospital rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, retail shops, outdoor spaces (we have recently installed into the new Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park).
As well as our installation service we can also offer annual maintenance checks, AV audits and AV consultancy – this have proved to be invaluable in a new of new build projects we have worked on.
